Perform

MAC welcomes performance proposals from performers, musicians, theatre companies, film makers, groups and organisations.

MACabaret

Perform in this year’s MACabaret! MAC will present two Adults Only shows and two Family Matinee shows and we are looking for performers at all shows.

We welcome applications from all artists, characters, comedians, dancers, circus performers, puppeteers, poets or cabaret/burlesque acts.

Applications close 5pm Tuesday 1 August 2023.

Hire a space:

MAC’s Performance Screen Studio is a highly versatile space that can be reconfigured depending on the type of event being staged. Applications for performances are accepted year-round; however, the earlier you book, the more likely you are to secure all the dates required for your sessions.

It will be your responsibility to manage bookings and ticketing for your performance.

Applications for workshop tutors 2023-24

CALL OUT FOR TUTORS: Workshops for adults

Moonah Arts Centre is looking for artists/art tutors to share their skills, knowledge and love of the arts through creative workshops in our purpose-built spaces.

We are seeking tutors interested in running one-off workshops and workshop series, across all art forms including visual arts, music and performance.

Applications are open year round and are reviewed on a monthly basis.

We are seeking tutors to run school holiday workshops (Autumn, Winter and Spring), term classes and one-off classes, across all art forms including visual arts, music and performance.

Activities that align very strongly with MAC’s guiding principles may be considered for a partnership. If you believe that your activity is a good fit for a partnership with MAC, please contact us to discuss.

Other Activities

MAC’s Makers Workshop, Meeting Room and social spaces can also be hired for activities that are not arts related. Please complete the online booking enquiry form if you are interested in hiring any of MAC’s spaces.
