Did you know more than 11 million people in the UK (and over 4 million in Australia) are living with disability? People Dancing is a UK organisation that supports and celebrates ALL those who dance.

As part of the Moonah MOVES Festival, MAC presents a selection of photos from the 11 Million Reasons to Dance photography exhibition – featuring Sean Goldthorpe’s thought-provoking images inspired by iconic dance moments from film (commissioned by People Dancing) all re-imagined by Deaf, sight impaired and disabled dancers.

The exhibition 11 Million Reasons to Dance opens 6pm Thursday 23 August, and will be on display in the MAC foyer until 15 September 2018.
