Sam Tran reimagines the 12 zodiac animals through lino print, inspired by the traditional Vietnamese printmaking practice, Dong Ho folk art.

Sam Tran is an emerging artist exploring traditional Vietnamese printmaking techniques. His practise celebrates his Vietnamese heritage and allows him to investigate creative iconography found within his culture. Sam was taught the art of printmaking by his sister and grandfather, who are both artists.

Entry to the galleries is free.
