Join the Samoan Cultural Collective as they share the time-honored practice of making fresh coconut cream (pe’epe’e).

Learn the traditional techniques for husking and grating coconuts before hand-squeezing cream using natural fibers (tauaga).

With your freshly squeezed coconut cream, we’ll create pani popo – pillowy soft Samoan coconut buns beloved throughout the Pacific.
