This is an intensive 3 hour workshop uses drawing as a tool to strengthen creative problem solving and divergent thinking. We will draw on neuroscience and a series of technical drawing exercises to engage with the medium from a different perspective.
This workshop will focus on drawing in sketchbooks and journaling as a foundational tool for artistic practice and as artworks in themselves. There will be an off site field trip to Cornelian Bay for Alumni as part of this workshop series.
Sunday 25 July: 10am–1pm
Sunday 14 November: 10am–1pm
For ages 15 and up.
Materials provided.
You are invited to bring your own journals to share in this session.
