A collaboration between writer Adam Rowell and artist Aldous Kelly, Folk Tales explores the lives of a series of fictional Tasmanians through prose and digital illustration.

The characters may appear familiar to you, or you may find them as strangers.

The artists invite you into the rich, diverse tapestry of our communities – who we are and what we do – without pretence or judgement or the need for justification.

A simple slice of lives imagined through observation and word of mouth.
