An evening of inspiration, conversation and connection with our artists.

“Ten Artists, Ten Days“ is a new initiative where we invite ten diverse artists to engage with Lutruwita/Tasmania’s places and communities, and join them on a creative journey of expression and connection that leads us into the 2025 Festival.

During the second week of May, our first five artists will gather to inspire each other, fostering a week-long fusion of creativity.

As part of the week’s activities we are delighted to invite you to “Step Inside” the world of Ten Days on the Island for a thought-provoking panel chat. Artistic Director Marnie Karmelita will lead a discussion with our first five artists, exploring their creative processes and getting to know the people behind the artform. Following these insightful conversations we warmly welcome you to mingle over refreshments, meet the artists and the Ten Days on the Island team. This free event promises to be a delightful convergence of art, conversation, and community.
