Glenorchy Open Art Exhibition

An invitation for artists of all abilities to share their work – entry is free

Entries are now open to submit your artwork!

Share your art in our annual Glenorchy Open Art Exhibition and help us celebrate the creativity of our local community.

Whether you’re an established artist or someone who dabbles in making art, this invitation is open to anyone who lives, works, studies or has a strong connection to the suburbs of Glenorchy City: Moonah, West Moonah, Derwent Park, Lutana, Chigwell, Claremont, Montrose, Goodwood, Rosetta, Collinsvale, Glenlusk, Austins Ferry, Berriedale, Dowsing Point or Granton.

We will accept one artwork from each artist in any medium, including painting, drawing, print media, sculpture, installation, photography, ceramics, textiles, digital media and more!

Entry to this exhibition is free.

Important Dates:

Monday 2 – Saturday 21 November, 9am – 5pm

Deliver artwork and application form clearly labelled with name of artist and title of artwork to: Moonah Arts Centre, 23–27 Albert Road, Moonah. All work must be clearly labelled with name of artist and title of artwork. Printed application forms may be submitted with artwork.

Thursday 26 November

Exhibition Launch: The opening celebration will be at 5.30pm. Everyone is welcome.

Friday 27 November – Saturday 19 December

Exhibition Dates. Gallery Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm,
Saturday 10am – 2pm.

Monday 21 – Wednesday 23 December

Collect your artwork from Moonah Arts Centre
NOTE: If you are unable to deliver or pick up your artwork within the dates listed please contact the Visual Arts Officer to make alternative arrangements.
